The Matcha Energy Balls Recipe with Matcha Ninja!

There are so many different ways you can enjoy Matcha Ninja and these tasty Energy Balls are just one of them! See below for the recipe.

Ingredients:

 4 dates soaked and drained

 1/2 cup rolled oats

 1/2 cup coconut

 1 tsp cinnamon 

 1 tbs Matcha Ninja

  1/4 cup your choice of nuts or seeds

 

  1. Pulse dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball 
  2. Add Matcha Ninja, oats, chocolate, nuts, coconut and cinnamon and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls
  4. To set, place in fridge or freezer for 15 minutes
