"

8. Ayden - Saskatoon, SK.

9. Légende - Quebec City, QC.

"Northern Quebec is the culinary hunting ground that Frédéric Laplante mythologizes at his capital-city bistro. Cornish hen gets a boreal accent from balsam fir fleur de sel.”
