Kale is a superstar vegetable. It is high in fiber, iron, Vitamin A, C, K and is filled with powerful antioxidants. Kale is also a great anti-inflammatory food that is surprisingly high in calcium!
Kale chips are easy and quick to make, and are very versatile…not to mention are way healthier than potato chips!
What you will need:
1 bunch of organic kale
chilli flakes (optional)
Italian dried herb mix
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and pat-dry kale. Tear kale off the steam with your hands and rip into bite-size pieces. Place kale onto a tray covered with an aluminum foil and lightly coated olive oil.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and enjoy!
These are a great snack or side dish to any meal. Try different herbs and spices to create your own, unique kale chips!
