Posted: Jun 03 2017
The 2.0 Toronto Summit returns on Sunday May 28th to teach the community how to lead healthy, holistic and high-performance lifestyles! All proceeds from the event will benefit Healthy Minds Canada which supports research and education and raising awareness for mental illness and addictions.
Taking place at The Gallery at 99 Sudbury, a stunning space in junction of West Queen West, Liberty Village and Parkdale, this summer’s Summit will be the biggest event to date! We love that that Toronto 2.0 teaches us how to lead a healthy, holistic and high performance lifestyle! Since 2012, 2.0 Toronto has raised more than $10,000 for charities including Humber River Hospital Foundation, Rogers Youth Fund, Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada, The Stop Community Food Centre, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health!

Each presenter will spend 15 minutes leading participants through their specialty workout, and five minutes providing an educational component, explaining the “why” behind the movement. Founder, Julian Ho, a fitness industry professional, created 2.0 to give fitness leaders a chance to come together with the shared goal of educating our community.
“My motivation with 2.0 was to break the mold of competition and ego that intoxicates the fitness industry,” explains founder, Julian Ho. “I wanted to build a better platform, turn an industry into a community, create a mosaic mindset where people connect in the name of altruism.”
Also supporting the mission this year are partners including Freshii, ELXR, NAGI, FitJoy, Way of Will, flow water, Adidas, and more.
