For two delicious weeks in July, Summerlicious celebrates Toronto’s best fine dining restaurants. This year, with more than 200 restaurants, you’ll be wishing Summerlicious were all summer long! Here are our top 5 picks in different pockets of the city! Summerlicious is on from July 8-24!
1) 7 Numbers Eglinton
Area: North Toronto ($28 Dinner)
This cute-as-a-button Italian spot is as legit as they come! Starting off with any one of their salads is a healthy and delish choice as are the grilled sardines. For the mains, the braised lamb shank is sure to be fall-off-the-bone tender and don’t forget dessert, you need that biscotti plate! Be sure to say hi to Mama Rosa on your way out!
7 Numbers Eglington is located at 516 Eglinton Ave W
2) Five Doors North
Area: Midtown ($28 Dinner)
This North Yonge Italian-influenced spot has always served up amazing menu options and their Summerlicious menu is no different! Their avocado bruchessa takes avo-toast to the next level and the pumpkin seed crusted salmon is beyond brilliant! Five Doors North is a low-key, relaxed restaurant but still chic and eclectic. PS Brad Goreski used to work here!
Five Doors North is located at 2088 Yonge St
3) Biff’s Bistro
Area: Downtown ($38 Dinner)
This French eatery serves up amazing modern twists on classic faves. Their Summerlicious menu features a chicken liver parfait and a spinach and lemon stuffed chicken with a summer bean cassoulet. Plus the interior is super chic!

4) La Société
Area: Yorkville ($48 Dinner)
La Société is your new go-to when Paris is not on the menu. This restaurant inside the Colonnade on Bloor is so chic, you’ll be speaking French by the time you leave. Their Summerlicious menu features a spectacular zucchini and ricotta soup, which is right on track for summer!
